The design fee will be included in the total sevice fee! The total cost will depend on the following factors:

1. The size of the area
2. The materials you choose
3. The number of furniture/fittings in the BOQ quotation

Note:
This does not include electrical appliances, kitchen appliances, and other decorative items. Our company's interior design services start at 300,000 baht and above.

The survey cost is only 3,000 baht, which can be deducted in the final payment (for areas larger than 100 square meters, the survey cost is 5,000 baht). You will receive the following survey services:

• Our team will inspect the work site to gather detailed information for the design process.

• You will receive 3D images and Mood and Tone of the design, but the 3D images and plans will be provided after paying for the service before production (Step 3).
• You will receive a detailed BOQ quotation with clear items

• The work site must be ready for measurement as it affects furniture installation.
• The company reserves the right to refund the survey cost in all cases, including changes to the work site survey.
• The surveyors can cancel immediately if the work site poses a risk or is not safe.

The duration for the design and installation process is approximately as follows:

Step 1 : Site Survey

After you pay for the site survey, the team will schedule a visit to inspect the site. Please prepare the area before the team arrives for measurement and convenience.

Step 2 : Design
After surveying and measuring the site, the interior designer will create a design for you within 7-14 days, and you can make adjustments up to 4 times. If you have reference images, please send them to the team for a more personalized design.

Step 3 : Manufacturing
The manufacturing process at the factory takes approximately 30-45 days.

Step 4 : Installation
Before installation, the team will contact you to schedule a time for installation (7-14 days in advance).

There are two payment methods for our services:

Method 1 : Full PaymentPay 100% on the day of signing the contract (with special discounts).

Method 2 : Installment Payment (3 installments)

• Installment 1 : Pay 50% on the day of signing the contract.
• Installment 2 : Pay another 40% when the factory completes production and sends you images for approval before installation.
• Installment 3 : Pay the remaining 10% on the day of installation.

Payments should be made to the bank account under the name of D.O.intergoods Co., Ltd. only. The company will not be responsible for any payments made to personal accounts.
